Julie comes from a successful property developing and building background. Often taking over from 'outline planning', producing floor plans and schedules for tender and as working drawings. Bathroom design is becoming an important feature of most homes and JKI has wide experience in detail bathroom design, including the popular trend for wet/shower rooms.
For the commercial client, JKI's impressive portfolio spanning over 30 years, shows projects including new homes, hotels, restaurants, shops, offices and board rooms working for and with architects, fellow interior designers, property developers, surveyors and builders. Julie's team has wide experience in both refurbishment and new build developments and can offer a full CAD service, from surveys, detailed furniture layouts, through to detailed lighting/electrical and plumbing drawings, as required.
