For the commercial client, JKI’s impressive portfolio spanning over 25 years, shows projects including hotels, restaurants, shops, offices and board rooms working for and with architects, fellow interior designers, property developers, surveyors and builders. Julie’s team has experience in both refurb and new build developments and can offer a full CAD service, detailing furniture layouts through to detailed lighting/electrical drawings, as required.

Showhomes

Julie Kent has worked with leading house builders and developers over the years and furnished many showhomes from the ‘first time buyer’ studio apartment to luxury town apartments in Kensington and Mayfair, London and all over the UK. JK can offer a full turnkey package from specifying the finishes such as the bathroom fittings and lighting, carpets and flooring through to simply supplying the furniture and furnishings, right down to the table settings! With the advantages of a retail furniture showroom we are also able to offer competitive quotes for showhome packages or just a ‘buy to let’ rental scheme.

Building contractors and plumbers

Building contractors and plumbers will be welcome to bring in their clients and browse through their bathroom showroom and library on display. There is an extensive library of brochures showing many products & suppliers, including sanitary ware, brassware, wall and floor tiles, offering a ‘trade service’ with competitive trade discounts, supplying many leading brands such as Victoria & Albert, Impey Wet Room products, No Code, Eurobath, Ideal Standard, Jax and many other manufacturers that JKI represent.

Wall & Floor Tiling

The natural limestone floor on display in the bathroom area has a diagonal glass mosaic border inset with a matching border in the tiled shower area. Many samples and brochures are on display with the bathroom fittings, together with fabulous mirrors and bathroom accessories, with new ideas and stock arriving each season.

Furniture & Furnishings

Also on display for sale (or to order) is a selection of furniture such as sofas, chairs, occasional tables, fabrics, wallpapers, tiles, lighting, table lights, furniture, furnishings, gifts and accessories, styled within each room set on display.
